This is an exciting opportunity to join our Nursing Home, to work as a Care Assistant. We have full and part-time roles, which involve working a mix of weekdays, nights and weekends. As part of the Care Team, your role will include a variety of tasks to help all of our Residents to live comfortable lives, with the help and support that they need. Being a strong team player with good communication skills is more important than previous experience, as we can train you to deliver the excellent service our residents deserve. We strive to care about our carers too, the way our team continue to care for our residents. We fully support you in developing your caring skills.

Duties and responsibilities:

• Support our Residents with personal care, washing and bathing, dressing, eating and drinking, and social stimulation.
• Help our Residents to enjoy their lives to the full and to meet all of their health and care needs
• Participate in assessment and evaluation of residents’ care, including reporting any changes in their physical and mental condition immediately
• Ensure that The Chiswick Nursing Centre Code of Conduct, confidentiality, safeguarding and security procedures are maintained
