This is an exciting opportunity to join our Nursing Home, to work as a ward Clerk. We have a Full-time role, which involve working from Monday to Friday, 9.00am-5.00pm. This role will be to provide a full range of Administrative support to the Nursing/Clinical Administrative team. Previous experience as an office Administrator is essential.

The responsibilities are wide and varied and will include; 

  • To perform general clerical duties, such as rota management filing, photocopying, copy typing, minute taking, scanning records, uploading documents, occasional reception cover and record keeping.
  • Multi-tasking is key to this role, and the ideal candidate will need to be highly efficient and be able to work both independently and as part of a team. 
  • You will require previous experience with computer literacy (intermediate word, excel and outlook) and have an excellent telephone manner. 
  • Written and verbal communication skills are essential as are the display and evidence of strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise workload and achieve deadlines.
  • You must be aware of the need for confidentiality and adherence to GDPR regulations.
