Night Care Assistant based at Plymbridge House, Plymouth, 42 hours per week to include alternate weekends.

Your Role:

  • Personalised Residential Care: Get to know each resident, their needs, and what matters most to them, delivering care that’s tailored to their preferences.
  • Support with Daily Living: Assist with day-to-day tasks such as personal care, supporting emotional well-being, and encouraging social activities that bring joy and companionship.
  • Document Care: Ensure care plans are up to date, documenting important information to help provide the best care possible.
