Unit Lead  - Nights

We are looking for kind and caring people to join our team as a night team leader to provide the best dedicated care at our new care home.

Working within a supportive team, you will be helping to provide the best possible, person-centred care to our residents to help them feel comfortable and secure in the home, whilst ensuring to help maintain their independence, dignity and, above all, control of their own lives.

38.5 hours per week

8pm - 8am

Alternate weekends

Job Responsibilities:

• Providing high standards of physical and emotional support and care to our residents.
• Support with residents everyday living tasks but with tailored, person centred approach, dependant on each individuals needs.
• Supporting residents to be as active and independent as possible.
• Reporting any wellbeing/safeguarding concerns.
• Ensuring the home is kept clean, tidy and safe.
• Experience in administration of medication.
• Care planning.
• lead the team.

What we are looking for:

• Previous ecperience in a senior role essential, NVQ level 3 desirable.
• Caring and compassionate personality, with a passion to help others in a safe manner.
• Be confident and able to lead a team.
• Strong communication skills.
