Registered Manager

Kara Healthcare are currently looking for a full-time Registered Manager to join their caring, enthusiastic and supportive team.

As a Registered Manager you will manage the home and staff team as well as deliver high standards of care to our residents. We are looking for a dedicated and hard-working individual with care and management experience.

·  Previous experience within a managerial position is essential

Key Responsibilities:

·  Build relationships with staff to fully support our residents

·  Provide leadership of the administration, care and management functions of the Care Home

·  Maintain operations of the service at the standard agreed with the Registered Provider

·  Manage budgets effectively

·  Deliver high standards of care to our residents

·  Undertake training relevant to the role of Manager

·  Ensure all documents are accurately completed
