Registered Nurse

Kara Healthcare are currently looking for a full-time Registered Nurse to join their caring, enthusiastic and supportive team.

As a Registered Nurse you will support with medication administration, the development of care plans, and the management of the Care team.

About You:

·  Must have a Nursing Qualification and an NMC registration

Key Responsibilities:

·  Plan effective treatment plans with residents, their loved ones, and other staff

·  Provide support to residents within the Care Home

·  Supervise members of the Care team, peers, and other professionals

·  Be responsible for the administration of medication as required by service policy

·  Maintain safeguarding responsibilities for residents

·  Deliver high-quality care

·  Undertake any additional duties relevant to the role
