Senior Carer

Kara Healthcare are currently looking for a full-time Senior Carer to join their caring, enthusiastic and supportive team.

As a Senior Carer you will be committed and motivated to ensuring the high standards of care are continuously met and maintained. Being able to work as part of a team is exceptionally crucial to us.

About You:

·  Previous experience as a Senior Carer is essential

·  Fantastic communication skills

Key Responsibilities:

·  Maintain skills and knowledge to ensure care is delivered according to latest guidelines

·  Provide effective leadership and support for the care team

·  Supervise care staff on a day-to-day basis

·  Ensure the ongoing safety of residents, staff, and visitors through systematic assessment, monitoring and reviewing processes

·  Demand high-quality delivery focused on residents individually assessed choices and needs

·  Promote the professional image of the services

·  Support new Care staff in the completion of induction programmes, training, and competency assessment
