Currently, they are looking to attract a like-minded and highly experience Clinical Services Manager, looking to undertake duties related to the daily delivery of personal care and support to the people who use our services in a person centred and holistic manner, in accordance with agreed programmes of care under the guidance of senior staff.

The successful candidate will be:
* Registered Nurse with a minimum of two years’ experience within an
elderly care setting, with preferably one year experience leading a
team
* Evidence of Continuous Professional Development and
Re-validation
* Effective listening, communication and
interpersonal skills
* Ability to work with people and as part
of a multidisciplinary team
* The post holder will be required
to demonstrate excellent team leadership skills with the ability to
work using own initiative
* Time management skills
The successful candidate will be responsible for the following:
* To lead the nursing / care team during any allotted span of duty,
contributing to the overall planning and organising of the care home /
individual unit, ensuring that the nursing and personal care of the
residents is maintained at a consistently high level, according to
individual needs and capabilities.
* To act as the Company's
representative on site, promoting the Company's image and ensuring
compliance with all statutory regulations regarding nursing
homes.
* As part of a multidisciplinary team, the post holder
will have responsibility for assessment of care needs and the
development of programmes of care, and the implementation and
evaluation of these programmes ensuring the delivery of high-quality
care and outcomes for service users.
* The post holder is
expected to carry out all relevant forms of care without direct
supervision. The post holder may be required to demonstrate procedures
to and supervise NMC registered and/or SSSC registered care staff and
students.
* The post holder will direct, coordinate and
supervise, the work of other staff within the Home /unit to promote
best practice in relation to resident care.
* In the absence of
the manager or deputy the post holder will provide cover to ensure
effective operation of the Care Home
