Senior Administrator - Care Home

We are currently looking to appoint an “Experienced Senior Care Home Administrator” within a busy Glasgow service.

Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week (9:00am to 5:00pm) with excellent rate of pay DoE.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience within a similar role, posses excellent communication skills whilst being fully competent in all aspects of general reception/ front of house work and comfortable in dealing with people from all backgrounds. A strong working knowledge of Word, Excel & Outlook is essential in this post.

Key Tasks:

* Answering and diverting phone calls
* Meet and Greet
* Issuing Petty Cash & Reconciliation
* Filing, Typing, Photocopying, Mail
* Completing Master Timesheet – excel based
* Liaising with Head Office/ Admin Manager
* Management of Junior Staff
