Hourly Rate: £21 to £28 (Depending on stable employment
record, current nursing home experience, clinical skills relevant
to elderly care, Knowledge of CIW regulations, and staff
management skills)

About You
We are looking for an RGN with a valid NMC PIN, a minimum of 5 years
of post-qualification experience and 3 years of current experience in
a nursing home in the UK, and a genuine commitment to adhering to the
NMC code of practice.

- To take responsibility for our residents' well-being, including
meeting their physical, emotional, and social needs.
- To promote our residents' independence, choice, dignity and respect.
- Leading, motivating and mentoring the care team.
