Night Carer

We are looking for a dedicated and self-motivated Part-Time Night Carer to join our team in a warm and supportive residential care home environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Providing personal care and support to residents throughout the night.

• Ensuring residents’ safety and comfort, responding to any needs that arise.

• Confidently handling manual handling tasks as required.

• Completing light cleaning duties and organising the home for the day shift.

• Maintaining accurate records and reporting any concerns to senior staff.

Requirements:

• Care experience is essential.

• Level 2 or 3 qualification in Health & Social Care is desirable.

• Ability to work independently and manage responsibilities during a quiet shift.

• A compassionate and patient approach to care.
