Treasury Administrator

We are looking for a Treasury Administrator to join our Finance team and support our Treasury Team for a 6 Month Fixed Term Contract (FTC).

Your main responsibilities will include:

• Processing petty cash claims submitted by each care home and maintaining accurate records.
• Creating and posting petty cash journals into Coldhabour Financials.
• Collating a bacs file for upload into the Bacs system.
• Match up corresponding items in the nominal ledger.
• Dealing with queries raised by colleagues working within the Company.
• Ordering of cheque books, paying in books & receipt books.
• Ensuring home bank mandate records are replaced and updated regularly.
• Downloading and emailing credit card & bank statements to internal stakeholders.
• Processing ARC TV Licence applications for Lifestyle homes.
• Distributing daily post.
• Liaising with internal and external stakeholders, such as the care homes, etc.
• Supporting the Treasury Supervisor with ad hoc general administration tasks as required.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant financial regulations and company policies.

About You
To be successful in this role, previous administration experience would be beneficial, ideally within the Healthcare sector.
You will have excellent numerical skills, attention to detail, and be proficient in Microsoft Excel.  With strong communication and interpersonal skills, ability to meet deadlines, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
You can work effectively in a team and with various stakeholders.
