Senior Application Support Analyst (Fixed Term) - Hybrid Working based in Derby

About the role
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Senior Application Support Analyst initially on a 24-months fixed term contract basis to be part initiatives of our programme of change. This role will sit as part of the IT Team and work in partnership with the Operational Leads to ensure continued seamless delivery of business-as-usual IT tasks whilst being part of continuous improvement and strategic projects.
About you
The ideal candidate will have worked previously in a senior systems role, ideally have finance systems experience, be highly motivated, driven and proactive and dedicated to ensuring successful delivery. The candidate will possess a strong background in supporting systems, analysis, and systems implementation, with a proven track record in continuous improvement both from a process and systems perspective.
The candidate will be experienced with cradle to grave IT projects delivery from requirements gather, documenting application-configuration changes, compiling and completing test scripts, supporting User Acceptance-Operational Acceptance Testing (UAT-OAT) through to release and deployment.
The ideal candidate will have experience of other digital transformation programmes spanning products such as Power Apps, Power Automate and SharePoint.

This a hybrid role with the primary work location being in Derby. The ideal is to have on-site presence which supports collaborative effective team working with a mix of working from home. MHA supports hybrid working arrangements, balancing flexibility and productivity with an ideal of two days per week in the office.
