We are delighted to offer this postion for the right candidate. This postion requires you to support the chef on shift to help cook breakfast, lunch & dinner for upto 80 people, maintaining high standards in every aspect of the day to day running of the kitchen. To maintain high standards while washing pots and maintaining a very clean potwash area. Have a understanding of stock rotation while maintaing clean food storage areas.
