We are now seeking 2 dedicated and professional Registered Nurses to join our team.
Skills / Qualifications:
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Monitor and assess residents’ conditions
- updating care plans accordingly.
- Supervise and support junior staff
- ensuring a high standard of care is maintained at all times.
- Liaise with residents' families to keep them informed about their loved ones' health and wellbeing.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements
- including health and safety standards.
- Act as a key member of the multidisciplinary team
- collaborating with doctors
- therapists
- and care staff to ensure comprehensive care.
- Registered Nurse (RN) with a valid NMC pin.
- Previous experience in elderly care
- dementia care
- or a similar setting is desirable
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- with a compassionate and empathetic approach to care.
- Ability to work well under pressure and as part of a team.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
- A genuine passion for working with the elderly and improving their quality of life.
