About the Role: As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting our clients with their daily living needs, promoting their independence, and ensuring their comfort and well-being. Your duties will include providing personal care, assisting with mobility, meal preparation, light housekeeping, and accompanying clients on outings and appointments within the Royal Leamington Spa area.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide personal care:

    Assist with bathing, dressing, and toileting, ensuring dignity and respect.

  • Promote independence:

    Support clients in maintaining their independence and carrying out daily activities.

  • Assist with mobility:

    Help clients move around safely, using appropriate equipment and techniques.

  • Prepare meals:

    Assist with meal planning and preparation, catering to individual needs and preferences.

  • Maintain a clean and safe environment:

    Assist with light housekeeping tasks.

  • Support social interaction:

    Accompany clients on outings, appointments, and social activities within the Royal Leamington Spa area.

  • Communicate effectively:

    Maintain clear and open communication with clients, families, and colleagues.

  • Maintain accurate records:

    Document care provided and any changes in the client's condition.

  • Valid driving license (preferred): As you will be required to travel to client's homes within the Royal Leamington Spa area.
