Havelock Court is a warm and friendly home with a lively atmosphere, benefitting from an onsite gym where the home provides a wide variety of bespoke therapy and activities. • You will also be eligible to receive a bonus based on your performance. Chef Managers who achieve 6 KPIs will receive a quarterly incentive of £500, that’s £2000 per year (subject to usual tax & NI deductions)
•• Your starter bonus will be paid to you in the next available pay run once you have completed four weeks’ service and will be subject to deductions for tax and NI.
