Permanent. You will oversee the delivery of personalized care services in our Assisted Living and independent Living apartments. Managing a dedicated team of caregivers and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. Your leadership and expertise are vital in creating a supportive and nurturing environment, fostering independence and dignity for all residents. Key Skills / Qualifications needed for this role:
You hold a (or are willing to work towards) Level 5 Diploma in leadership management in adult care (or equivalent) and have previous experience working in a care environment. A clinical background, previous experience managing a team and any further health and social care, or relevant management qualifications would be advantageous. An excellent communicator with strong organisation skills and an ability to use Microsoft Office, in particular Word, Excel and Email. You're sensitive to the needs of others with an ability to implement action plans and address needs. Leading by example, you'll work well as part of a team, sharing best practise to help deliver outstanding care to our residents. A registered managers award or equivalent is desirable but not essential.
