Night Care & Support Assistant
Location : Wickmeads - Residential Home - BH6 4LG
Pay Rate :£12.50 -£12.75 per hour
Hours:
36.75 hours per week - 3 nights per week (Includes
alternate weekend
working)
Shifts : 19.45.00hrs - 08.00am (Including alternate weekends)
We have an exciting opportunity for a Night Care & Support
Assistant to join the TEAM at Wickmeads, our residential care home,
located a stone's throw from the idyllic Tuckton Gardens and River
Stour, Christchurch, Dorset.

You'll need to be naturally
compassionate and of course understanding of others.
Previous
care experience is not essential.
A full induction and training
programme will be provided to support you.

What you will be doing:
- Delivering excellent person centred care.
- Supporting & encouraging our residents to remain as independent as possible.
- Checking on residents on a regular basis - moving & positioning if required
- Providing elements of personal care including washing & undressing where needed.
- Building relationships and providing companionship
- Working in a team to create a co-operative, friendly and welcoming atmosphere in the home.
You need to be 18 years of age or over to join the team.
