We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Care Assistant to join

individuals in the care home ensuring their comfort, safety, and

Responsibilities
- Assist residents with daily living activities, including personal
hygiene, dressing, and meal preparation.
- Support individuals in maintaining their independence while
providing necessary assistance.
- Communicate effectively with residents and their families to
understand their needs and preferences.
- Follow care plans meticulously to ensure each individual's
specific requirements are met.
- Document any changes in residents' conditions and report them to
the appropriate healthcare professionals.
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for all residents.
- Participate in training sessions and meetings as required to
enhance your skills and knowledge in care provision.
Skills
- Experience in a care home setting is highly desirable.
- Proficient English communication skills, both verbal and written,
are essential for effective interaction with residents and team members.
- Basic IT skills for documentation and record-keeping purposes.
- Ability to drive may be beneficial for roles involving home visits
or community outreach.
- Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport with residents and
their families.
