Graduate Service Quality Associate

About the role

As a Graduate Service Quality Associate, you’ll have the opportunity to learn how our systems and processes integrate to ensure we deliver high-quality care and remain fully compliant with all regulations. Reports to: Service Quality Director/Co-Chief Operating Officer/Head of Governance

Key duties and responsibilities

• Assist in conducting audits and assessments to ensure adherence to regulations and policies.
• Support the implementation of service quality initiatives and improvement plans.
• Work with care home managers to maintain high standards of care and resident satisfaction.
• Provide guidance on regulatory compliance and best practices.
• Help prepare homes for inspections and audits.
• Investigate concerns, incidents, or complaints and assist in implementing preventative measures.
• Stay updated on industry regulations and contribute to continuous service development.
• Collaborating with teams to identify key performance metrics and integrate them into innovative AI solutions.

Skills and attributes

• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• An interest in regulatory compliance, quality assurance, and service improvement.
• Ability to work collaboratively and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of CQC regulations (desirable but not essential).

Education and qualification

• A recent graduate with a degree in healthcare management, social care, nursing, or a related field.
