The Role:
We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Deputy Manager to join our team and support the Home Manager in overseeing the daily operations of our care home. You will play a vital role in ensuring the highest standards of care, leading a skilled team, and making a meaningful difference in the lives of our residents and their families.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Home Manager in delivering excellent care and compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Lead, inspire, and develop staff to provide person-centered dementia care.
  • Ensure residents' well-being, dignity, and individual needs are met.
  • Maintain high standards in care planning, assessments, and safeguarding procedures.
  • Assist with recruitment, training, and staff development.
  • Build strong relationships with residents, families, and external professionals.

About You:

  • Proven experience in a senior care role, ideally within a dementia setting.
  • Level 3 or 5 qualification in Health & Social Care (or equivalent).
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Passionate about delivering outstanding dementia care.
  • Knowledge of CQC regulations and best practices in elderly care.
