You'll help us make health happen by:

  • Working closely with the Admin Manager and heads of departments, you'll provide administrative support across the village

  • Answering the phone in a friendly and courteous manner and acting as Receptionist for Head Office when required

  • Assisting staff and visitors with arranging meetings, refreshments and paperwork

  • Taking notes at meetings and maintaining the filing system

  • Acting as Office Manager during absence as required

  • Ensuring housekeeping within the office is of a high standard

Key Skills / Qualifications needed for this role:

With previous experience in an office environment, you're confident using Microsoft Office, specifically Word and Excel. Friendly and professional, both face to face and over the phone, you're organised and able to work well within a team. With a dedicated and efficient work ethic, you thrive in a busy environment and are able to handle a varied workload.
