Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented
Administrator to join our team. The successful candidate will play a
crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our home by providing
comprehensive administrative support. This position requires a
proactive individual with excellent phone etiquette and strong
clerical skills, who can manage various tasks efficiently while
maintaining a professional environment.
Duties The Administrator’s responsibilities include
but are not limited to the following:
- To maintain administrative and financial skills at a current level
and undertake such training and development as may from time-to-time
be required to maintain that currency of practice
- To provide administrative and financial services for the company
in accordance with current best practice.
- To supervise the administrative and financial services within the
company in accordance with agreed standards, legislative
requirements, relevant regulations, in line with accepted best
practice and within the financial plans agreed from time-to-time
- Develop effective working relationships with other employees
- Support the effective resolution of team conflicts
- Work to establish effective employer/employee relationships
- Cooperate with the implementation, evaluation, orientation and
induction of all new employees
- Be responsible for promoting and safeguarding the welfare of those
individuals supported by the service
- Promote a positive image for the people and employees of the company
