Methodist Homes is looking for a dedicated Care Manager to join our Senior Team. In this key role, you&©ll support the Home Manager and Deputy Home Manager, contributing to the smooth and effective management of the home.
As Care Manager, you will be responsible for assisting in the development and evaluation of our service provision, ensuring the highest standards of care, and adhering to relevant legislation, policies, and procedures. When the Home Manager is absent, you&©ll take temporary full charge, overseeing operations and ensuring continuity of care.
Your leadership will make a direct impact on the lives of both
staff and residents. You&©ll supervise and guide our care and
ancillary staff, helping them reach their full potential through
support and example. You&©ll also build strong, open relationships
with residents, families, staff, and external partners, ensuring a
collaborative approach to care that enhances the quality of life for all.

Key Responsibilities:
* Support Home Manager and Senior
Team in all aspects of the home's management.
* Ensure adherence
to policies, procedures, and legislation.
* Take charge of the
home in the absence of the Home Manager.
* Lead, supervise, and
support care and ancillary staff.
* Maintain constructive
relationships with residents, relatives, staff, and statutory
professionals.
