About the role
We are looking for Duty Officer to play a critical role
ensuring that both our residents and colleagues feel supported every
single day.
You will support the Housing Manager to improve
services for residents and all visitors as well as improve quality of
life for residents by ensuring the security of the building, health
& safety of residents 24 hours per day.
About you
The right person must provide an environment where residents
feel safe and secure, they must support the residents to build
personal resilience in self-managing their own health and
welfare.
Instinctively you will feel a personal alignment to our

care / housing sector. You will be a positive team player who will
