Evolve is Hallmark’s strategic digital transformation
programme designed to modernise our systems, processes and platforms
across the business. Focused on creating scalable, secure, and
intelligent digital solutions, this programme is a critical pillar of
our continued growth and operational excellence, placing both resident
experience and data-driven decision-making at the forefront.
The Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced and forward-thinking Project
Manager to join our growing team within the Evolve programme.
You will be responsible for planning, delivering, and implementing
digital transformation projects—ensuring they are completed on time,
within budget, and to an exceptional standard. You’ll work
collaboratively with stakeholders across the organisation to bring
change to life and champion best practice in project delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end delivery of projects within the Evolve programme
- Define project scope, timelines, resources, and deliverables
aligned with business goals
- Coordinate project teams and external vendors to achieve strategic outcomes
- Maintain effective communication with stakeholders across all levels
- Identify risks, mitigate issues, and manage dependencies across workstreams
- Monitor project budgets and ensure cost-effective delivery
- Ensure alignment with governance, compliance, and quality
assurance standards
- Champion continuous improvement and post-project evaluations
What We’re Looking For
- Proven project management experience (minimum 5 years) within
digital transformation or technology-led change programmes
- Recognised Project Management qualification (e.g. PMP, PRINCE2)
- Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
- Experience leading cross-functional teams in complex, fast-paced environments
- A strong grasp of digital systems and their practical application
within a business context
- Highly organised, adaptable, and confident in managing multiple projects
- Strong commercial awareness and budget management skills
Desirable:
- Experience with cloud technologies and/or API integration
- Background in healthcare, social care, or similar regulated industries
