3. Customer Services Supervisor- Locations: Cricklewood and Harrow
As the Customer Services Supervisor, you will be the first point of contact for all telephone calls and personal visitors to the home, ensuring that all customers both internal and external are treated in a professional manner, with respect and dignity.
**What You’ll Do:**
- To be responsible for answering telephone calls, dealing with initial enquiries, provide advice and support, referring to relevant heads of departments as appropriate and passing on messages in an efficient and timely way.
- To support with dealing with sales enquiries, show rounds and pass on enquiries as appropriate.
- To assist with some of the administration dutes of the care home to support the business admin function.
- To maintain an outstanding relationship with alll internal and external stakeholders.
