Carer

We are seeking someone to work collaboratively with team members to provide a high standard of care for the residents, which is flexible, sensitive, person centred and in accordance with company policies.

Previous experience is desirable but the right approach and willingness to undertake full training is more important.

Responsibilities include:

Providing day to day care for residents and ensuring procedures are carried out in accordance with policy and procedure.
Checking and recording changes in residents conditions, updating notes accurately
Monitoring the physical and mental conditions of residents and implementing relevant care to avoid deterioration.
Take part in staff and residents meetings, attend in service training sessions when required

Successful applicants are required to be smart, caring, have a professional outlook in the workplace and have a strong work ethic. A full enhanced disclosure must be provided, the cost of this will be met by the employee. We are unable to provide Sponsorship to the successful candidate.
