?? What You’ll Do:

• Support residents with their daily routines and personal care needs

• Promote dignity, independence, and an active lifestyle

• Build meaningful relationships with residents, families, and colleagues

• Contribute to the warm, inclusive environment that makes Ashton Park feel like home

?? What We’re Looking For:

• QCF/NVQ Level 2 in Health and Social Care is preferred – but not essential

• A genuine passion for dementia care and elderly support

• Excellent communication skills and a flexible, team-focused attitude

• Reliability and empathy in everything you do
