About the Role:

As our Wellbeing Coordinator, you’ll be at the heart of our residents’ day-to-day happiness. Your role will be to design and deliver a vibrant, inclusive programme of activities, events, and experiences that promote mental, emotional, and physical wellbeing. From art classes and musical afternoons to gentle exercise sessions and one-to-one companionship, you’ll help create moments of joy every day.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and lead a diverse range of group and individual activities based on residents’ interests and needs

  • Work closely with care staff, families, and external providers to support residents' overall wellbeing

  • Encourage participation and build strong, supportive relationships with residents

  • Keep accurate records and contribute to care plans

  • Support events, seasonal celebrations, and community involvement

About You:

  • Warm, caring, and approachable with excellent interpersonal skills

  • Creative and organised, with the ability to adapt activities to meet various needs

  • Experience in a care or activity-based role is desirable but not essential

  • Passionate about improving the lives of older people

  • A positive, can-do attitude and a good sense of humour
