Care Home Manager – Fitzwilliam Care Home – Up to £45k

Fitzwilliam Care Home, Cottenham, Cambridge up to 45k depending on experience and qualifications.

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Care Home Manager to lead the teams and deliver outstanding care to the people living at our Fitzwilliam Care Home, Cottenham, Cambridge

A friendly and welcoming care home, Fitzwilliam House is situated in the large village of Cottenham, just five miles outside Cambridge. We are a friendly and homely care home, providing outstanding and passionate care that is exceptionally personalised and responsive to the needs of the people who live here.  CQC rated Fitzwilliam House as ‘Outstanding’ and observed how the people who live here are truly respected and valued as individuals. Each person is empowered as a partner in their own care as part of an exceptional service.

About the role of Care Home Manager

• Experienced within a care home setting for older people.
• Passion and drive to always deliver ‘outstanding’ care.
• Previous experience as a Care Home Manager leading and developing strong teams.
• Sound knowledge of CQC Regulations and legislation
• Excellent organisation and planning skills.
• Strong communication skills and relationship building with internal and external stakeholders at all levels.
• Sound business acumen and experience in managing budgets.
