ob Description: Team Leader
We are seeking a self-motivated and experienced Senior Health
Care Assistant to lead a team of Care Assistants in providing
exceptional care for residents in our 22-bed residential home for the
elderly. This role involves ensuring high standards of care, managing
day-to-day responsibilities, and supporting the well-being of residents.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise a team of Care Assistants.
- Delegate tasks effectively to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Update and maintain digital Care Plans to reflect the individual
needs of residents.
- Conduct staff supervisions to support team development and
maintain high care standards.
- Arrange hospital appointments and liaise with families and
external agencies regarding Service Users' needs.
- Administer medication in line with best practices and guidelines.
- Order, book in, and manage medication supplies within the building.
- Conduct compliance audits, including building safety, medication,
and health and safety checks.
- Support the on-call rota.
Qualifications and Experience:

Essential: NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care
(or above).
- At least 2 years of experience in providing care.
- Proven experience in a Team Leader role (minimum 2 years).
- Proficiency in Medication Management, Care Planning, and digital
care systems.

Preferred: Driving Licence.
