Stannah have launched an innovative new version of their Midilift, vertical platform lift, that bridges the gap between a constant-pressure controlled access lift and a conventional fully-automatic passenger lift.

The Stannah Midilift XLplus is a traction-driven platform lift with automatic call and send controls just like a passenger lift. Designed and manufactured by Stannah in the UK, the new platform lift comes in its own shaft and can travel up to 12 metres at 0.15m/s - all at the touch of a button.

Stannah unveil the new lift after months of intensive safety testing to ensure the latest addition to their comprehensive lift range meets their rigorous standards. The lift car entrance is protected by a full height light ray combined with high and low level safety edges that ensure ultimate safety for passengers.

The Midilift XLplus offers part or fully glazed shafts. The cabin is available with a comprehensive range of finishes to complement surrounding décor or match existing Stannah passenger lifts within your building.
