Glasgow’s Lambhill Court Care Home has been awarded an Eat Safe award. Administered by the Local Authority for Environmental Health Services in conjunction with the Food Standards Agency, the award is granted when standards of food hygiene are higher than those required by current food standard legislation.
This is the second home within the Lambhill Court Ltd family of care homes to have achieved this award, Florence House received the Eat Safe Award in November 2011.
Sunita Poddar, managing director at Lambhill Court Ltd, said: “We are absolutely delighted to have been awarded this recognisable sign of excellence in standards of food hygiene. It’s wonderful to have such a great team at Lambhill Court and to receive recognition for their hard work.
