A £5million, Dundee care home is holding open days this week for the public to view its purpose built features including 66 large bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, spacious lounges, TV rooms and a secure garden with panoramic views over the River Tay.

Open days at St Ronans Care Home, Dalkeith Road, Dundee are on Wednesday 7, Friday 9 and Saturday 10 November from 12pm to 3pm.

Health and social care professionals and members of the public are invited to visit with refreshments being served in the Care Café, a unique feature where residents can meet and entertain their visitors.

Sandra Ross, director of operations at Balhousie Care Group, said: “We are very proud of Balhousie St Ronan’s Care Home and look forward to welcoming visitors to the three open days in November, when we will be showing them the finished home and all it has to offer residents and their families.

“We know that choosing the right care home is not an easy decision. At Balhousie St Ronan’s, we are able to show visitors that this modern new home allows us to provide an extremely high level of personalised comfort for residents as well as offering the expected standards of excellence in residential care.”

Balhousie St Ronan’s has been open to residents since the start of October and is situated close to Dundee city centre, in a residential area on Dalkeith Road.
