Specialist residential care provider for adults with learning disabilities, ivolve Care & Support, have announced a number of exciting new projects in development across Central England.
Sheffield will welcome two purpose-built accommodations, designed to perform as non-institutional homes that suit lifestyle and care needs for individuals with a wide range of conditions, including challenging behaviours.
Other developments are taking place in Nottingham and Stockport, where two of the provider’s current homes will be the focus of refurbishment and modernisation.
David Harrison, managing director of Heathcotes Care, comments, “These are really exciting times for Heathcotes. The success of our existing services means we are able to respond to the increase in demand for our specialist services quickly and proactively, enabling us to provide more opportunities for people to access our services and receive the high quality, person-centred support that will empower them to lead a full and independent life.”
All care provision will be bespoke and carried out by carers trained to a specialist standard, while residents will be supported in making the most of flexible living environments, able to pursue personal interests and develop their life skills and self-confidence.
Both Sheffield homes and the refurbishments are scheduled for completion later this year, with the care provider aiming to set an example for the care of adults with mental health complications.
