Sale completed in record time

DC Care has completed the sale of the former Whorlton Grange care home, located just outside Barnard Castle, in County Durham.

The home, which closed very recently, was sold to Colin and Veronica Harper, who intend to transform it back into a private house. Set in expansive landscaped grounds, with a large Victorian conservatory, complete with original winding mechanisms for the windows, the property will no doubt make a very impressive residence.

The sale was agreed on a Monday, with completion taking place on Friday of the same week. Quite an achievement in the current market!
