The healthcare buildings forum, which is run by events company Stable Events to provide networking and business meeting opportunities for professionals in the healthcare building industry, is now open for registration.
A series of 20 minute face-to-face meetings will be held over the event on 19 and 20 June 2014 as well as networking opportunities at special social events.
Toby Filby, managing director at Stable Events, said: “Our event provides the perfect platform for companies to meet and do business with key individuals in the healthcare buildings sector, from hospitals to polyclinics, mental healthcare facilities and care homes. Both suppliers and project delegates were impressed by the pre-arranged meetings format and how useful the social events were to network with peers.”
Now entering its second year, the forum allows companies involved in the supply, design, building and management of health and social care facilities to reach each other to develop and improve projects and schemes in the health care sector.
After attending the first forum last year, Neil Banyard, Northampton General Hospital and Project Delegate said: “The event was a great way of networking with suppliers and other project delegates. Not only was I able to engage with suppliers that I wanted to but also others were able to showcase their services and products that I would ordinarily have ignored. I have over the two days been informed of products and solutions that I was unaware of.”
Stable Events also organise the mental health & dementia facilities forum which will be held later on this year.
