Recruitment drive aims to offer nursing jobs 'on the same day'

Care provider HC-One is holding bespoke recruitment events for qualified nurses who would like to work in care homes in and around Northwich, Cheshire with an added bonus – successful candidates will get a job offer on the same day as the event.

Called ‘Discovery Events’, two half-day events will be held in Northwich specifically designed to cut out the all-too-familiar drawn out recruitment process, and periods of uncertainty for candidates. It will be held in Daneside Court care home on 4 February, with the first session being held in the morning, and the second in the afternoon.

On the day, potential candidates will have the opportunity to meet HC-One’s operations directors, and the managers of each of the care homes. They will also be taken on tours of the homes and meet staff and residents, before having an interview and short assessment. Successful candidates will be offered a job on the spot, and will be invited to join the growing HC-One team.
