New residential development celebrates with topping out ceremony

The community of Weybridge, Surrey recently had the opportunity to witness Castleoak and Anchor celebrate the £12.4 million Austin Place development nearing completion with a topping out ceremony.

The development of 65 luxury independent apartments is on schedule to be completed for an October handover.

Director of sales and marketing for Anchor, Howard Nankivell said: “This is a proud moment for Anchor, as the development is now really starting to take shape. The development will offer residents a range of facilities, including coffee shop, lounge, reading room, a hair and beauty salon complete with beauty room, as well as a rooftop retreat and picturesque gardens.
