Bob the bagpipe player

Springhill Care Home was filled with the sound of bagpipes recently thanks to a visit by local player Bob Wilson.

Bob, based in Preston, is known for playing the traditional instrument at events across the North West, and spent time touring the home.

Bob was lovely and the residents all had a chance to listen and speak to him afterwards if they had any questions.

Music has long been recognised as a great form of therapy and they’d all like to thank Bob for his time.
