The Care Forum, which has been hailed as the “most worthwhile event in the healthcare industry”, continues to attract key decision-makers from the care sector.

The annual networking event in June brought the care sector together to discuss the latest updates and regulations in a set of seminars with key people from the Care Quality Commission, National Care Association, Sticky People, Porter Dodson Solicitors and Dementia Adventure.

Since its inception more than 19 years ago, the Care Forum has continued to provide a platform for care industry professionals from across the country to engage with one another to build their skills, knowledge and expertise within the increasingly challenged industry.

Event Manager Katie Tompsett said: “Our long-standing Care Forum has been hosting industry leaders and influencers alike for the past two decades. In light of the recent confusion surrounding the name of the event, we would like to reiterate our position as the longest running event of its type in the industry. This year’s event excelled our expectations and we were happy to have many key players in attendance, we are now gearing up for a celebratory 20 years in the coming.

“After all these years, the Care Forum still manages to attract key decision-makers from industry leaders such as Care UK, HC-One, Cygnet Healthcare, Greensleeves Homes, Options Group, Worcester Care and NHS Trust, amongst many others.”

She added that “despite recent confusion of over the event name and branding amongst other event organisers, Forum Events, organisers of the original Care Forum, continues to maintain its original and premier position within the industry”.

At this year’s Care Forum, Beaucare Medical said: “What a great event! The delegates were appropriate for the sector, lots of decision makers and we’ve walked away having strengthened existing relationships and with new business opportunities – most worthwhile event in the healthcare industry.”

The event has continuously developed in size and scope since the inaugural event, showcasing world-leading products and services.
