DC Care completes sale of Southern Care Group Ltd

DC Care has recently completed the sale of Southern Care Group Ltd (in Administration) - on behalf of BDO LLP. The company assets consist of Maes Elwy Nursing Home (closed) and Coed Duon Nursing Home. These are the final two homes in the group, which was placed into Administration in October 2010.

The sale of the limited company was to an experienced Welsh operator who is keen to see the homes flourish in this ever challenging market.

DC Care’s Regional Director, Alison Willoughby said: "This has been one of the longest instructions I’ve had and it’s always a pleasure to see an incoming operator decide that homes in administration do have a future and invest in that vision.
