“I was approached by Aura CEO Linda Lloyd and loved her passion for the industry and share her vision for the future,” Cliff said.

“I believe that Aura Care breaks the mould for conventional care environments. Beautiful properties with a luxurious feel set in locations that you would choose to live in. The care and expertise at Aura is provided by passionate people.”Aura Care Living was awarded second place in the Knight Frank Luxury Care Home Awards in 2017, after opening its first home in May last year.

Cliff added: “We want to redefine what is the ‘norm’ within retirement villages and nursing homes, and set a new bench mark for excellence in the UK and I believe we are well on the way to doing that with our current sites in Camberley in Surrey and Cirencester in the Cotswolds.”
