Fun in the Sun at Kingswood Lodge Care Centre

Our residents at Kingswood Lodge Care Centre are keeping cool in this hot weather by dipping their feet in the paddling pool!

With the sun shining, the team at the home have moved their dining room outside in the garden so our residents can enjoy ‘al fresco’ dining.

The chef has been busy supplying cold drinks, milkshakes, ice creams and ice lollies as well as lighter menu options.

All their activities are also taking place in the garden with relatives and volunteers happy to join in and even their entertainer was happy to play for residents outside.

After fun in the garden, our residents also ventured out for a village walk thanks to our personal activities leader and carers.

Let’s hope this sunshine continues for more fun!
