Shimmer my Zimmer!

This afternoon, a few residents took part in what we've named 'shimmer my Zimmer'.

It has been proven to reduce risk in falls within care homes and hospitals, aids residents in recognising their own frame/stick, and also it was so much fun!!

It definitely drew the attention of more residents, so next week we aim to ensure there's not one unshimmered Zimmer left, as well as getting our wheelchair users involved too!
