The UK’s leading reviews site for care homes has announced it is partnering with care home management software company CoolCare for this year’s Top 20 care home awards.
Every year care home residents and their families name the UK’s top care homes. This is done by carehome.co.uk compiling thousands of reviews of care homes looking at elements such as the quality of care, facilities, overall standard, staff, activities as well as its value for money.
Choosing a care home is very hard in normal times but it has now been made even harder in the current pandemic due to care homes shutting their doors to all but essential visitors. So these reviews are even more invaluable in giving people an insight into what a care home is really like.
In order to run the awards, carehome.co.uk is partnering with CoolCare, which produces care home management software, that can be used for all core aspects of care home business admin. CoolCare offers crucial help with occupancy management, time and attendance as well as rostering and invoicing.
Simon Potter, sales director for carehome.co.uk said: “We are very happy to be working alongside CoolCare for the carehome.co.uk 2020 Top 20 Care Home Awards.
