Maypole dancing

Even on VE Day, the team here at Claremont Parkway couldn't forget May Day.

We contacted our local schools to see if any of them had a Maypole we could borrow for the day.

Luckily for us, the head teacher of Grange Primary Academy, Chris Latimer did. He was even kind enough to drop it off for us.

The residents really enjoyed watching the team try their hand at Maypole dancing. Everyone thoroughly enjoyed themselves and had a good laugh.
