Resident of the day

Everyone likes to feel special, and that’s exactly what we do at Baycroft.

Throughout the calendar month every room is taken in turns to make our residents feel special, all heads of departments will visit asking if there is anything they would like on this day, a favourite dish, a deep clean of their room, a visit out to somewhere special of their choice, followed by a visit from our General Manager ensuring all is well and that our residents is happy and contented living her at Baycroft.

Sheila was Resident of the Day today; we had some special time this afternoon looking through some of her old photograph albums with Sheila’s new resident friend Barbara - thanks for a lovely afternoon ladies.
